Clare Valley Enterprises is committed to provide a quality service to participants and their families.

We maintain a suite of policies and procedures in our quality system to maintain consistency in our support delivery through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Our policies support the requirements established by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and are endorsed by the Clare Valley Enterprises’ Board.

NDIS Code of Conduct

The NDIS Code of Conduct promotes a high standard in service delivery.

Barossa Enterprises is a registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and is committed to providing the best possible service for all participants that includes adhering to the NDIS Code of Conduct.

Privacy

Clare Valley Enterprises values your choice to engage us as your provider and we are committed to ensure your information is protected and remains private.

We only collect and use your information for the purpose of providing your service.

We operate in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (amended 2012) and maintain the requirements of data collection and electronic systems management.

Child Safety & Wellbeing

Clare Valley Enterprises interacts with children and young people in the following ways;

    • School leavers undertaking work experience or work trials 
          in the factory and packaging environment
  • School leavers undertaking School Leaver Employment 
        Support (SLES) program
  • School children working as casuals in the lead up to peak
        (usually Christmas) periods
  • Support workers providing in-home and community support
        to parents who have children in the home

Clare Valley Enterprises is committed to child safety and wellbeing during their interactions with us.

We are committed to the safety, participation and empowerment of all children.

We have legal and moral obligations to contact authorities when we are worried about a child’s safety, which we follow rigorously.

Clare Valley Enterprises is committed to preventing and protecting children and young people from harm or abuse and identifying risks early and removing and reducing these risks.

We are committed to the cultural safety of Aboriginal children, the cultural safety of children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and to providing a safe environment for children with a disability.

We have specific policies and procedures in place that support our board members, staff and volunteers to achieve these commitments.
